Apartment on The Apple Farm

Quiet place to live, the apartments are nice and very preserved, all almost new, if something fails the response of the Administration and Maintenance is quick to solve the situation. I hope to continue being equally calm!

I love love love these apartments! The leasing staff are amazing and maintenance is quick. The property itself is gorgeous and the apartments are beautiful as well. It's generally quiet, the grounds are clean, and I feel safe walking around even at night. Can't say enough good things about this place!

I work in the apartment industry, and had a prospect come into my property. I was not able to accommodate her needs, and with good customer service in mind, tried to contact other properties nearby. I found this property, which I have sent SEVERAL people to. Mainly for the 3 bedroom homes. I always had a pleasant experience. However, this time, the gentleman that answered the phone was ridiculously rude. I even told him I was trying to help a lady out. I am completely blown away at the attitude that he gave both of us, and frankly acted as though we were bugging him. My thought is if you are getting bad customer service when inquiring, it can't get any better after you move in. This is the last time I recommend anyone to their property. I also called Whispering hills.. Same experience. I will be posting a review for them as well. Just wow! Not even worth one star.. but they make you put that one.

Don’t waste your time. It’s looks like a nice clean place but there are.. dog feces EVERYWHERE.. only the front of the complex looks clean because that’s the only part they pay attention to.. issues with things inside the apartment.. going wrong all the time.. pipes busting in the walls..I have a toilet that’s rigged to a wall right now.. staff changes every few months so does maintenance..I’ve been here three years...not a good place if you have children.. no where for them to play... cars have been broken into.. they used to have security.. they stopped the security.. not worth the 1000 we pay a month..the only thing their on time about is collecting the rent. Period.

The property managers Bill is awful. This man hangs up on tenants and is rude. I would never recommend this rental company. My home was broken into. and prior to being actually broken into, I let them know people were attempting to break in and they let the night time, off duty police officer go. Not only was my home broken into but also my car on two separate occasions and also several other neighbors cars. The homes look beautiful however they are poorly constructed and its always something that needs to be fixed. The quality of the materials used to make these homes are shabby; the paint will just peel right off the wall when you wipe it. I recorded my shower not working on several different occasions and the property manager hanging up on me. This is by far one of the worst experiences I have had living in an apartment.

From the outside they look great but....Yes they are newer constructed apts and they keep the OUTSIDE looking great but inside they are made with the cheapest materials on the market. There are 15-20 year old apts I have visited in better shape on the inside than this one. I have had a ton of maintenance issues and sometimes they will send someone to check on the orders I request through the office and other times they won't. The office staff and maintenance ppl change very frequently and the disorganization is likely due to that but as a tenant who pays a monthly rent that is not concern my apt issues are. However, they are extremely prompt and organized when it comes to the rent being pd, it being a day late or postmarked a day late. Cars are broken into on a very regular basis and I wouldn't be surprised if apt homes aren't either if given the thieves an opportunity. They have cameras around the property but these have only got to be for show bc the break ins have not stopped. Walls are like paper I hear my neighbors moving around and talking ALL the time. If you come home at a later time there is NO parking available or u may have to walk a rather long distance. On a decent note the prices aren't bad in comparison to other "newer" places in the area but decent quality is not present & the good does not outweigh the bad I regret moving here.

Does not have good customer service. Lied about having a move in special. Then when I asked about said I did not qualify. I just moved in!!! They need to learn about high quality customer service! Loyalty to clients is everything to me.

I love it here.I Think Matt is awesome to talk to and he is a great manager . The only thing is parking . The parking is not good at all and sometimes I have to park across the way but I do like it alot here.

Very nice apartment and very clean too. I lived here for 1 year and I never had a complain .the maintence is very fast.

Nice apt but why hold on to deposit instead of giving money back right away. It did not take days for you to get your money should not take days for you to give it back
