My friend just signed up at Anytime Fitness and had the best experience with Russ! He was so friendly, patient, and made the whole process super easy. You can tell he really loves what he does and genuinely cares about making people feel comfortable starting out. My friend left feeling so pumped to start working out — big thanks to Russ for that! He went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with my account and even supported me in getting a collections matter taken care of, which was really important for me.nRuss was professional, kind, and very supportive throughout the whole process.nnIt’s rare to find a manager who genuinely cares about members and takes the time to make sure things are handled properly. Because of his help, I feel much more confident and appreciated as a member.nThe gym itself has a great environment, and with staff like Russ, it makes the experience even better. nI can’t say enough great things about our coach Russ and Anytime Fitness! My son and I started our fitness journey here, and with the guidance, support, and motivating environment, we’ve been able to achieve some huge physique goals together. The gym is always clean, the equipment is top-notch, and the staff is truly encouraging and invested in helping you succeed. What I love most is the family-friendly atmosphere—it’s been an amazing experience to grow stronger side by side with my son. I’ve been going here for one year and the staff are all very courteous respectful and they have lots of lots of gym equipment that’s readily available 24 hours a day.
