Anthony Insurance - St. John's

I've been with them for 5+ years. I have 10 years driving experience, no accidents, no tickets. My rate goes up $120 (give or take) every single year. There was a time or two I forgot to transfer money in the account they withdraw from and their accounting department contacted me to let me know. Let's just say they don't have great customer service in that department. You'd be better off forgetting to pay the mob. Needless to say I've decided enough is enough, I'm changing companies this May when my policy is up for renewal. It's only logical. Too bad their marketing isn't as good as their product.

Definitely not the lowest rates. Quite the opposite. No special rate if you are a member of the public service like their ad says. Not very helpful or friendly.
