Anthony Insurance

The worst insurance provider, I am mentally disturbed with their unprofessionalism and the way their claims department has been treating me. Rather not have insurance than getting covered by their false sense of protection and getting stuck with hours and hours of waiting on the line and getting transferred from one useless representative to another on the phone and still left with no help.

Great prices and helpful staff. After trying several insurance companies we are now with Anthony entirely and couldn't be happier.

Not the best price. Not the best service. Won't even call you about an issue unless there is something in it for them. Had my insurance canceled on me with no notice, other than just a letter, during a time when letters were held up during covid. Just to have them call me back and say sorry it was their issue and reinstate my policy. after letting me drive around with no insurance for a month Happened to me again, so naturally I contact them. When I called and mentioned this same issue I had experienced three months prior, they essentially had 0 time to listen and just went on deaf mode assuming I was a degenerate or something. Rude on the phone, useless to talk to, will actively try to F you over if it helps them get off by 4:30 and have 0 interest in fixing any issues with you. Will go elsewhere most likely.

Helpful staff, good rates, they respond quickly to get me the rates I need.

Anthony was good but Intact was terrible. No communication and very frustrating.

The beauty is breathtaking, really enjoyed walking around the cape.

I've been with Anthony Insurance for the past 5 years now, and I have never had any issues with them. Their rates are higher than most when starting out but when it comes to their quality of service, they are MUCH better than the last agency I was with. Their customer service staff on the phone is incredibly friendly and when it comes to any information I'm unsure of, I am happy to know they are happy to indulge my uncertainty. I recommend Anthony to those who are starting out and have the patience to ride out their prices from the start. It can be worth it in the end.

They just offering random prices, I got 3 different policies talking with 3 different agent and they changed my policy which was confirmed after I bought my car and told me that was a mistake!!!
