They freeze your card automatically if you try to buy an item off of pretty much any website that isn't Amazon of some other big-brand retailer. It's ridiculous.

Went in to refinance our vehicle.  Had our numbers set on the loan and needed to get information to finalize the loan the next day.  The next day the loan officer was not ready for us at the specified time.  Our rate jumped an entire percent because they did not research the vehicle. They put the loan in my name instead of my wife's like we wanted and cannot change it !  Poor service and bad communication.

No one is going to cash your check if it gets returned due to NSF (Non Sufficient Funds). It will be deposited into your account with a hold.  And no they don't charge $25 for a cashiers check.

Never had any problems. The hours make sense, tellers are friendly and service is fast.
