I would like to thank all the staff at the Annex Dental Clinic for the great job they are doing. Everybody is very friendly, accommodating, patient and professional. I have been coming to the clinic for the past 15 years and was always taken care of in the best possible way. Just recently, I happened to have a bad pain in my jaw. I was able to get an appointment right away. Dr. Javid was very thorough and reassuring, spent time examining me and helping me to get well again. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.
In love with this dental office! The new dentists are so friendly with all the clients. They’re all taking the precautions they need during this time of COVID-19; made me feel super comfortable and safe. Dentist answered all my questions and was super honest with everything. Receptionist was great with booking and confirming the appointment.
I called in for a last minute appointment, they were so helpful, both secretaries, Melissa and Jessica were so nice and patient, they explained all of the procedure to me, and Carla the hygienist took care of me the best way she could even tho I was pregnant, she took her time and make sure I was okay, I’m so happy with my dentist appointment! Can’t wait for the next time!
Very friendly and caring staff. Always making sure their patients get the best dental care. And especially now due to COVID-19 they are always taking the precautions necessary to keep their patients safe when going in the office. Amazing dental office!
I went in for a check up and they told me that I had 2 cavities on either side. So after the expensive procedure, I went in again the next year for a check up and they told me that I had 2 more cavities. I refused to do the procedure the second time. I had no problems before going into the clinic on both trips. It seems like they are merely using the tiniest excuse to perform unnecessary procedures so that they can make a profit. Also the dental hygienists were very rough. I highly recommend finding an ethical clinic where they aren't trying to bleed your gums or your wallet.
I was accommodated on a Saturday morning without an appointment they were not busy. I had a small cut in my mouth that I wanted to confirm was healing properly. The dentist took all of 2 minutes to confirm everything looked normal. For this, I was charged $100 for an “emergency” exam. Totally overpriced for the service that was given. Staff was friendly enough, but they have lost my business.
If these dentists find out you have insurance, they will go to town with dental work! After a procedure, the receptionist hands you a form to sign. A form with no mention of what they will charge or what was done. They only way I could confirm what was charged to my insurance company was by asking the insurance company. Time and time again, they added procedures that weren't performed and/or weren't necessary. Seems fishy to me. The dental work itself I can't complain about. The receptionists could definitely be more friendly though. They tend to be short and uninterested in customer service.
Very warm staffs. The best dentist.
My husband went to this clinic and he said "Highly recommended".
Staff was rude and unattentive receptionist + hygienist, went for a simple procedure and right away they were trying to get me to pay for unnecessary procedures, the dentist was obnoxious and would not even hear me before she wanted me to cough up serious cash. The only smile you will get at this place is from the picture hanging in the front desk. I chose to ignore the other reviews and now I regret it. Avoid this clinic!
