Ann Marie Stuart, MD

I've never had any issues with Dr. Stuart since she became my primary physician in 2010. She has been personable within reason, while providing a good sense of balance in caring but also being detached. There have been a few times where I have waited for long time however I know this happens with many doctor visits. Whether it should or not is different story. In regards to the other comments left about this physician I would say this: Our biases lean toward focusing on the negative and using one or two experiences to dictate or write-off a doctor's competency is fallacious and ridiculous. Anytime we take experiences into consideration for judgement we should focus on the whole of everyone's experiences not just a few blips here or there.

Dr. Stuart & Her staff have been nothing less than exceptional in dealing with my recent health concerns, abnormal test results prompted a quick call to confirm the results, and Dr. Stuart was more than great in follow-up and education with regard to my current condition. Her staff returns calls in a reasonable amount of time, with confident follow-up, is not shy in "getting more info" if needed. With regard to Dr. Stuart's bedside manner, I have never felt rushed during an exam, She has always made me feel comfortable answering all my questions with regard to condition & medication.

Dr. Stuart and her staff are uninformed, inexperienced and inappropriate. After waiting nearly one and a half hours for my appointment I left and made an appointment for the following week. My appointment lasted 5 minutes, Dr. Stuart didn't bother to examine me and she prescribed me a medication that counteracted with my medical condition. When I got the bill it said that I had to pay the entire amount in full, not a copay, because even though 4 people in the office assured me that they took my insurance with 100% coverage...it turned out they were wrong. When I asked the office to meet me half way on the charges since several members of the team misinformed me, they refused. Then the doctor wrote me a letter reprimanding me for challenging the bill. I have a chronic medical condition and have been in and out of hospitals and doctors offices since the age of two. I have never had an experience like this one. Two of my friends had children misdiagnosed by Dr. Stuart and I was warned about seeing her. I should have listened to their advice. Please STAY AWAY to avoid frustration!

Dr Stuart is the most personable physician I have seen in my 6 decades on this planet. This is only exceed by her efforts in achieving the end results of patient satisfaction. As with most physicians though her time keeping is less than adequate. I overlook that though with knowledge that she does not time table her patients and will spend time to both explain her decisions in addition to answering any concerns or questions. I have no issues with laying my life within her capable hands. ac827 you need to find a life and realize you are not the center of the world. The office staff is more than adequate. Go try another physician and then you will eat the derogatory misguided words you wrote in your review

The nursing staff is rude, Dr. Stuart takes very little interest in what you are saying and mostly dismisses your complaints. They do not submit the correct information to the insurance company until their office sends your bills to collections then you have to scream and yell till the actually do what they are supposed to do. I wouldn't take a dog there.
