Absolutely love all the pediatricians here. Dr. Valentic is my favorite, but I would see any of them. She always answers questions thoroughly. They all seem up to date, on the same page, and rarely give conflicting advice. They’re very good at diagnosing, knowing when and went not prescribe antibiotics, knowledgeable on explaining vaccines thoroughly. We’ve gone here for 8 years now.nnI very much appreciate the after hours nurse line, and I’ve used it several times, especially with the stress of winter illnesses.nnReally the only con, is the main phone line. It often takes quite a bit of time to get ahold of the appointment center, and even though they give me the number for the Medina office, it still always takes me through the main appointment center.nnUsing MyChart is much faster to make appointments. You have to keep in mind, they’ll often open up same day appointments for acute illnesses, that you might not see available right away, so check back if you want to see if an earlier appt pops up.

Absolutely loved my experience with this practice over the past 3 years. Exceptional care. We saw Dr. Valentic as our primary physician but have had experiences with each doctor and loved them all.

We have seen several providers, but mostly Dr. Patilla. She has been great so far and provided great education and answered all of my questions. I had concerns about a tongue/lip tie with my son and this had been dismissed by my lactation consultant. Despite that she wrote a referral to an ENT. It turns out he did have a lip tie that was affecting his ability to eat.

I would not recommend Dr. Patilla. She demonstrates a dismissive attitude, particularly in handling disability-related situations, and fails to communicate effectively with parents. Her demeanor reflects a lack of consideration for individuals in urgent situations who are not her direct patients, leaving much to be desired in professionalism and empathy.
