Cons- My hair color washed out almost completely in one week. My old highlights now show through. They also used the wrong color, not the one I asked for and charged more than I expected. I asked for a quote when I walked in, but they were quiet so I assumed it would be close to the listed prices. Pros- They did a nice job with the haircut and gave me lots of time and saw me without appointment.
