I’ve been trying to help my dog that has a terrible itch and infection and quickly got an appointment here. The amount of information I got about his condition was incredible. I have no doubt that my dog will be feeling better very soon! So nice and helpful too.

I was travelling through town and needed to bring my dog to see a vet for an ear infection. These ladies were so wonderful with us, got us the right medication quickly and we were on our way for a really reasonable price!! To top the whole amazing experience off, they actually called me a week later to check up on my dog!!!! Hard to find follow ups these days. Great job :

We've been taking our pets to Dr. Charnach for decades. Our 'Benji' was his first dermatology patient at his Richmond location almost 30 years ago. Dr. 'Mike' is not only one of the best veterinarians we have ever known, he is also a very caring individual and his rates quite reasonable. Highly recommended !
