Angus Pho House

The most important part about Pho is the soup. The soup here was NOT flavorful. They gave you a lot of meat and noodles though but the soup was a big turn off for me.

I did not know what to expect of pho takeout, but the noodles held well through a 15 min walk and reheating. Tasted good, just wish the rare beef was a topping and not already swimming in the broth. It ends up already well-done by the time you eat.

I had #42 with spicy broth; staff asked me if I was sure, I love spice.. And boy it's SPICY! In a good way though, sinuses cleared. I enjoyed the various beef, tripe and saussuage but really should have gone for small. I even ordered half the noodles and barely ate half of those. They took my amex cobalt so that's a bonus too!

9 out of 10 times the Chinese lady that speaks very good English is always helpful but they took off the shrimp on sugar cane and don't have that steamed egg Vietnamese cake thing but always very good food
