What a great stop. Today was our first visit after passing by for a few years now. This will be repeated. Friendly staff with friendly and courteous service. Food was excellent and prepared over and above. The atmosphere was casual and made to feel at home. The interior and outside very clean and tidy. You gotta eat here!!!
Excellent food. Absolutely no complaints about the food or atmosphere or building. The waitress however, is different. Friendly yes, but not efficient. Brought menus right away. Then we watched other people arrive and she took their orders before us. After 20 minutes, finally came to take order with apologies for taking so long. Food arrived promptly. I asked for water, which again took 20 minutes to arrive as I watched our waitress talking to a friend OR ANOTHER SERVER, NOT SURE AS SHE DID A FEW THINGS at the bar. Finally got water with another apology for forgetting. Brought the bill with water without asking about dessert. I don't normally complain, and if the restaurant is busy I understand, but watching the waitress talking to a friend at the bar while customers wait for service is not acceptable.
Great lunch on the patio, order before you sit down but don't come near closing as wait for your food can be upwards of an hour. We came around 3pm on a weekday. Had the Frank's breaded wings and the poutine with rotisserie chicken added.
I saw the angry birds getting scared to be rotisseried and the pigs were behind me laughing at them and the red one was my favorite so juicy and tender who knew angry birds can be so delicious would eat again 5 stars btw where do you get the birds? Stopped here a night after fishing last summer, the staff were super friendly and the food was amazing! We got chicken wings and nachos. The Caesar’s were one of the best my boyfriend has ever tried! Highly recommend going here!!
Staff was super friendly. Very clean. Food was fantastic and was ready quickly. Had the wings and I’m a wing fanatic. These were great. Will be back often!
Stopped here for lunch. Had tasty chicken and fries, similar to Swiss Chalet, but at an independent restaurant. I loved the decor, and the owner was friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere.Food: 5/5
Located away from the downtown core, this is surprisingly an amazing place to stop by. We weren't having any luck with restaurants so I called this place up and they said they can accomodate two people. I ordered chicken wings which were nice and fresh and very juicy. Good portion size. My husband ordered one of the burgers something thunder and he absolutely loved it..he said the bread made a huge difference. Totally recommend this place!
An unexpectedly delicious surprise! I'm guessing it's not a super common tourist trap, because it's a bit off the beaten path not in the downtown core, and it appeared as if most who were there when I checked it out, were locals... But let me tell u, that place was humming! In a matter of 5mins after arrival, there must have been 10 more cars show up! So perhaps pre-ordering online is a good idea. Onto the food.. Interesting combinations added uniquely delicious sensations to my taste buds..yes, they had the typical chicken fare, but it all appeared to be cooked to perfection, and they added some nice options, to make the taste uniquely delicious! I would encourage anyone in the area to definitely check this place out!
Good service and food is tasty but the portion sizes are much smaller than you'd typically get in a restaurant. Twice now I've had to go find more food after my meal and I have ordered what I'd get in another chicken restaurant.Food: 3/5
