Very friendly waitress. Big smiles. Onion rings were recommended. They were good. Lobster rolls were good. On a toasted roll with chopped lettuce.

We love Angler's in Searsport but decided to come to the Hampden one for a change. The salmon was great and I substituted onion rings for the potatoes. When I got my rings there was a piece of metal that had batter on it since it was deep fried with the onions. We showed it to the waitress and she took it back immediately and brought me fresh. However I was kinda shocked that they didn't even really apologize or at least comped the price of the rings. We will still visit the Searsport location as we love it but don't know if or when we will visit this location again.

Ended up here because most of Bangor was without power after a storm blew through. Broiled Haddock and Scallops were ok. Mashers were tasty...

The lobster is magnificent. Now service on the other hand is something to be desired. I think that our waitress was new to the business because she wouldn't actually come to the table to see how the meals were going. As it got closer to the end of the night, we didn't see her at all. Not to mention but my drink was never refilled. Other than that the food was amazing. I got the 1 1/2 lb stuffed lobster and my wife got Maine Shore dinner. Neither of us left hungry.
