Ark the staff is awful with no respect. I simply came to complete a team project with my friend. Empty library so we had to turn a chair around so that we were face to face and we're not allowed, ok I understand. But when it comes to me that I have to take my mask down for 2 seconds to unlock my phone and you want to bring the police for that. We need to change the way we communicate, thank you
I just met the 2 ladies from the service at the library, and they are stupid and display a superior air. According to them, I did not have the required document despite my persistence in finding a document to make a simple library card, the two replied ironically that they would not have sent such an important document like that to the government without a copy blablabla, speaking of the birth certificate all this to make the mother in me who just gave birth a few months ago feel bad. Where I work for the health network, this would not have happened. Plus they tell me that I have to go to the other side, I was in a stroller, no automatic door doesn't work, only after several attempts to open it, one of them decides to tell me that she's going to come and help me. Frankly, I found it very sad and sad. To return to the document, I still had an email which showed the name of my baby with the relationship of me and my partner from the family crossroads of the mills and my proof of residence, etc. I came away with tears in my eyes at the end.
