Worse hotel . If you need a place to sleep ok. However bring your own cleaning supplies and sheets and towels cause hotel manager doesn't car to leave his room other then to get drunk .

Although the owner was very nice and helpful, our room that we were charged $85.00 a night for plus an extra $10 per animal so $110 a night. The room was covered in writing on the walls and lamp shades. The shower would not turn completely off so a constant drip. The smell of mildew in bathroom was almost unbearable. They also use two flat sheets instead of a fitted sheet so the sheet was constantly falling off the bed.

One of the worst motels I have ever stayed in. Additionally, there is really nothing to do in Rouses Point. I stayed there because I had an appointment the next morning in a neighboring town.

Way outdated. Nice, scenic area, but nothing for restaurants or anything else. Just needed a place to sleep, but not a place for destination.

Great place if you need a nice to stay! Owner is amazing once you get to know him!
