We had supper at the Anchor Pub tonight and it was awful. The open beef sandwich had a slab of tough beef plonked on top of it. The hamburger patty was charred and tasteless and the fries were tough and had obviously been left overs that were refried. An awful meal not worth a penny of the money spent. The service was tediously slow.
They have beer. That's the best I can say. No hamburgers on a Tuesday. No wing sauce other than the pay extra premium sauces. Not the firest time I have been here and they have less then the menu available. I guess I'm the fool for coming back. But like I said...they do have beer...at least for tonight..
great veggie wrap and a delicious salad with toasted almonds and mandarin oranges with a raspberry vinaigrette..only complaint...music too loud for a Sun afternoon lunch. Server was friendly and helpful.
Wow...awful place! Overpriced! Small portions. Wouldn't feed my 6 year old, much less me. Service was fine
Super great service, yummy food. Went there for lunch and plan to cone back the next time we come through town.
