Anchor Bank

Although the staff are always incredibly friendly, the features of the bank in general are horrible. I've had to replace my debit card twice in the past five years, and the fact that they don't provide a temporary ATM card (like every other bank) while you wait 2-3 weeks for your card replacement is incredibly inconvenient. The second time I waited 3 weeks for my replacement and when I brought it up no one had even placed the order, though they apologized profusely and had it made and delivered the NEXT DAY. Which was awesome except why does it take three weeks if you can do it in a day? Is there a happy middle ground we could find? Their debit cards also, for some reason, don't work at many vendors regardless of the funds in my account and I have to carry my more reliable Discover card for when the machines won't accept the card.

Love that they shut my debit card off with no notice and when you call the 800 number you can’t get to a human to find out what is going on

Great Bank I use it all the time for work and personal. Great friendly staff.

Even though I live 5 hours away, I still use my hometown Anchor Bank because of the tremendous service I have received over the years.

Confederate flags are being given as prizes at the Dakota County Fair. The confederate flag is a symbol of slavery, bigotry and hatred. I cannot and will not support a Fair OR IT's SPONSORS that condones the distribution of symbols of hate. As a Minnesota responible citizen Anchor Bank should pull it's sponsorship OR exert pressure to have these flags removed.
