Amore' Day Spa

I wish I could rate it 5 stars as I really had high expectations. The waiting room was welcoming as soon as you stepped in the door; the receptionist was not. My two friends & I scheduled appointments for 2:45 & they both were called in immediately. I sat there patiently assuming I would be called in within the next 10-15 minutes. However, that wasn’t the case; I sat in the couch for a whole hour & when they finally wanted to bring me in, I was already disappointed that I kindly refused. I understand that they may have overbooked, but the receptionist could’ve at least informed me about the wait. While I was sitting there, she received a phone call where the caller kept asking questions & it seemed like she had no knowledge & just didn’t want to be bothered & passed the phone on to another staff member and then mumbled, “I don’t understand why people ask the stupidest questions”. (It may have not been the exact same words, but it definitely wasn’t nice). The staff member then returned the phone to the receptionist while the caller was still on the line and she just hung up. She just seemed so careless and definitely lacked knowledge of the services they provided which is definitely not a good thing as the quality of service always starts and ends at the front desk. The other staff were wonderful to my friends & I wish I could’ve been saying the same in this review. If you know the customer will be waiting for a long time, please make them aware next time or schedule them for a time where they approximately will be seen.

Very comfortable and zen-like experience. Had a facial by Trinity, she was very nice and gentle. Can't wait to go back for my next appointment.

I love Amore Day Spa! I've been coming here over 2 years and first found them when preparing for my wedding. Kristine is amazing and worked with me to make sure I had the best skin for my wedding day, and I definitely did! Kristine is she amazing at what she does and I look forward to my appointments with her! I highly recommend Amore Day Spa for your next facial or massage!

Christine and her staff are wonderful!! Very warm, friendly and professional. I always have such a calm, relaxing experience. The spa is set in a peaceful, beautiful setting. As I finish with one service, I am booking the next. If I could give 6 stars, I would
