The Doctors and nurses in the ER were amazing to deal with... compassionate, attentive, and caring... all while constantly running around and seemingly never resting. The doctor, nurses, and all support staff on the floor once admitted are also amazing, dedicate people who are focused on the care and comfort of the patients... Why don't we hear about all the good things going on with the health care system instead of only the bad?

Took my son was in the ER for a couple of days due to breathing issues. They brought him right in. I'm in a wheelchair due to a knee injury. The nurses were so extremely nice and helpful with both me and my son. His treatment plan was explained to me and followed, i never felt in the dark. Beyond impressed.

So often we hear about the negative things that are happening in our healthcare system. Today I had an efficient, friendly and professional experience in day surgery. Marsha at registration quickly got my information and sent me on my way. All the nurses that were involved in my preparation and procedure were attentive, friendly, took time to explain everything and provided me with excellent care. Thank you all!

I waited 6 hours to see the doctor when the hospital was empty we are talking 5 other people there the whole time I was there. The doctor didn’t answer any of my questions his only suggestion was I try a Keto diet without figuring out what was wrong with me he made me take a pregnancy even though I knew I wasn’t pregnant then took blood to get looked at by the lab then never called me back. I called the hospital 2 weeks later to see why no one called and that doctor hasn’t worked there since so they said I would have to come wait another 6 hours and do it all again. That doctor seemed more like a gym bro in a lab coat then someone who should be working in an Emergency room. Wish I could give the hospital 0 stars.

Visited emergency room and due to my symptoms, I was put on a bed in the hallway for about 4 hours. I could see that the entire staff were continuously working hard around the clock taking care of patients. The doctor, nurses, and support staff are very nice and professional.

Contracted a bad case of covid, EHS took a fair time but they've been busy tonight. Upon gettin here the doctor shakes his head saying he dosent understand what I want from him while walkin away.. I asked for an IV and a bed as I was unable at keep any fluid down for the majority of the day, exausted and dehydrated, though the doc claims im fineit has been just shy of an five hour wait while being one of four people seeking assistance. Decided to sleep on the floor, swear to God the doctor was going to discharge me without ever looking at me. For shame sir.

The nurse were amazing very understand and helpful we were in and out very fast witch was nice because my 15 month old son was getting tired and unfortunately wasnt wanting to sleep

Went here and they told me they could help me. I proceeded to wait 5 hours and had a doctor tell me to basically go home and that they couldn’t help me and to go to the Moncton hospital after driving all the way to Moncton.

My daughter has been sitting in this facility for 6 hours in pain, sitting in a chair Dr was in to see someone, not her, and left. Other than knowing she's there, the halls are abandoned. It would be worth the drive to travel outside her area to be seen, except that she's too unwell. This is disgraceful.

EVERY single time I go to this hospital is a MINIMUM 4 Hour wait!! They don’t process people in a timely fashion. I waited 4 hours for a “rapid” COVID test while they sat me in another hallway on hard chairs. I was so sick and my back and neck were so sore I finally just left. No one checks on anyone they just leave you in pain. The nurses are seen laughing and joking and who knows where one single doctor was. They simply don’t care!! Don’t go here unless you’re dying and even then you’re better off going to Cumberland or Pictou.
