AmeriVu Inn and Suites

POOR MANAGEMENT! Management has no customer service knowledge!!!! No call back for over 2 months after requesting rates and availability for our wedding in 2018. Personally stopped in over 2 weeks ago. Manager was not there, but front desk clerk was very helpful in showing us the hall, and accommodations. We again left the clerk with our number and email. Waited for 2 weeks again. Called manager, asked why our calls were not responded to. The managers response to my questions were maybe with your attitude, we really didn't need your business. NOT A PROFESSIONAL WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.

Staff was extremely accommodating, rooms are very clean and has a nice log cabin decor going on. We didn't check in until 11 pm because we were in chetek with family and they even left the pool open extra time for us to enjoy the hot tub! Would definitely stay here again!!

The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, good breakfast. The hot tub wasnt very warm, they didn't have 24 coffee and when they did have coffee there was no creamer (except at breakfast) and the parking lot is way to dark at night.

Clean large room. Breakfast good. Bummed the hot tub was broken.

I recently stayed a night at AmeriVu Inn and Suites. After a long day of traveling, it was amazing to soak in the hot tub! The room was clean and comfortable. It was an unexpected pleasure on a long journey. Next time, I think I will make it a destination.
