The manager and employees of this facility went out of their way to help myself and my parents move back to the area and store our belongings as needed. Their genuine interest in making our return as simple and cost effective as possible was head and shoulders above what the "franchise" type storage facilities offered. In addition to having the best storage unit prices in the area, their attention to detail coordinating our U-haul rental reservations made a stressful time much less difficult than anticipated. Very refreshing dealing with a business that cares about it's customers well being in a coordinated and professional manner.

The place is not very well maintained in terms of drive ways and landscaping but it would not affect me; I am not living there. As a storage requirement, they have best prices, monitored with 24/7 security cameras. The staff are very friendly , accommodating and professional. My situation was in conflict with their policies so I was about to look for another place. However, at that time the property manager Mr. Ravia walked in and sorted out the situation to my satisfaction. They know what customer service means. My only complain is about their office hours but it is not a deal breaker. However, every time I called post business hours, some one answered the phone and helped me. I would recommend this place to my friends.

So, I went here to use this storage place because it is near my home. The gentleman who was working there was so rude. I decided not to use the storage place because of this experience.

My friends, I have been using this facility for almost 8 years. The manager, Ravi, is one of the most professional yet friendly and accommodating businessmen I have met in many years. I have, and still do, highly recommend this facility for it's management, it's security and in my educated opinion, the best price in town.
