Amazing flatbread pizza baked in a stone oven! Great service, very friendly! Place was very packed, due to being close to the college. Reasonably priced food and a decent variety of different pizzas to choose from!

The flat bread is Great! What is better is the staff. My wife had a broken ankle and they put us at a table that was easy to get to, gave us a chair to elevate her leg and took the crutches and stored them out of the way.

Really really good pizza. Maybe the best i have had, and the cocktails are next level. God service... onky reason for 4 not 5 is the seats are loud and uncomfortable.

I've been to the Middlebury Hearth before for the bar, which is great, but never to eat. I usually go to the Hearth in Burlington for that. We gathered at the Middlebury location to celebrate a co-worker's 21st birthday. We were not a small group (their was about 18-20 of us) and they had no problem accommodating us, we did call a day ahead though. The ambiance was great, the food was awesome but there were a few glitches with the drink orders, do yourself a favor and order directly from the bartender. Other than that the service was fast and friendly. A fun evening was had by all thanks to American Flatbread.

Great flatbreads, always something new and local on the menu with seasonal ingredients. Excellent tap list as well
