Been going to the Pontiac, MI location for 15 years with great service but the past two days dealing with the front desk ladies over the phone the ladies been very unprofessional. No one have asked about my job insurance info or ask did I have insurance. Yesterday I was rushed off the phone after setting up my appt for 7/29/17 and just called back today and cancelled and looking to find better service.

I went there last month and Dr K was awesome he did a phenomenal exam. Very thorough Bianca helped me with my glasses and sh was so nice and super helpful. I will never go anywhere else! Whole team is awesome.

Bianca was great !! She was so very patient, knowledgeable and nice. She went out of her way to help me find the glasses i liked. She helped me stay in my budget and took very good care of me

Originally, I walked in to see if my Nike glasses were covered under warranty still, only to learn they never had a warranty on them. Visibly upset and voicing my frustration, Daisy took my back-up pair and cleaned and readjusted them (first time they have ever fit on my head now). While she was doing that, Bianca reviewed my information, moved some things around and applied the warrant that I had on the back-up pair to my Nike frames. Because my glasses broke from me trying to adjust them so much due to their design, she asked me to go look at new frames. I figured I was going to have to pay for the new frames, but nope! I got the newest version of my Nike frames that had a different grip design and fit my head much better. She then went on to supply me with a handful of cloths and spray to clean my glasses, gave me back my old glasses and made sure to let me know all the services they would perform for free if I had any issues. When I first found out that my warranty was only applied to one of my pairs, I was ready to leave and never come back. However, Bianca, Daisy, and Angela all worked together to make sure that I was satisfied. Professional? Sure, but hey treated me like a friend rather than just another customer. I sat and conversed with them for a while during the paperwork process and got to learn a little bit about their backgrounds and life. Great group of girls who are headed in the right direction and I wish them the best and thank them for bending over backwards to completely satisfy a disgruntled customer like myself. Well done.
