I had a very specific concept in mind when I called to place an order with Always In Bloom. I spoke to Tracy, who was very patient and helpful. I know that the arrangements illustrated on a florist's website are limited to flower availability and how much time they have to order specific flowers in. I needed next day delivery, so Tracy and I talked about fresh on site options that would create the effect I wanted. The arrangement was beautiful and brought a touch of grace to the grand opening of my niece's elegant new store. Thank you Tracy, she loved the flowers and so did I :)

My sister sent me flowers this week and they were absolutely beautiful.  When I called to thank her she said the service had been great as well.  Too many people take the time to complain but not to recognize effort and talent.  I would definitely use Always in Bloom again.
