Use my referral number if you want to sign up to get 35$ credit : CK5CT Just installed the new service for my mother at her new place and everything went super well. Needed to call their support as the router wouldn't connect to the modem, as it turns out I didn't respected the order of the connection. Solved within 3 minutes . Great support.
Think twice before you choose this provider!! It started great back in February and as a new customer, I was happy with their service. Everything turned sour in September, first the internet had to exchange the router and modem Now it's the phone, no caller ID for almost two weeks. I was told it's my device. I bought another phone, and it's still not working. Not only that, but when I reconnected my old phone back, I couldn't make or receive calls. Spent yet another half an hour on the phone with the technician. As for caller ID, I was told it will be fixed...sometime in the future. In the meantime, I'm paying for service I don't have. Not for long, there are other providers out there to choose from. If you want to avoid frustration, go with another company. P.S By the way, it's almost a month and still don't have caller ID. Not even a follow up from the company to let me know when it will be fixed. Beware and go with another provider.
Wonderful technical support! The two professional technicians still help us to resolve a tuff problem until 9:41pm the service department is closed usually at 9pm. We might have a peace of mind tonight. Thanks again!
Been with them for a couple of years now. Reliable fast internet. No long hold times when you need assistance and after a speed upgrade I received a call back from the same agent who took the request. The bigger companies could learn a thing or two.
Altima bought my ISP R.I.P. GTVR last month, and within days I was receiving overdue payment notices from them. Not once in my ten years with GTVR did I have issues with payments or communication. It took several phone calls over the course of a month to find out today that Altima bills one month in advance, and the rep insisted that I was in error because I did not read my bill correctly. This same rep kept correcting me regarding the details of the bill I was reading aloud on the phone, and refused to acknowledge that the change was never communicated clearly in any of the eleven emails I got from Altima in the past month. The cherry on top was hearing this person openly declare that it was GTVR's responsibility to inform me of Altima's billing policies. Immediately after being subjected to the representative's condescension and denial regarding this lack of transparency and further denial that I was expected to make two payments in one month to catch up and maintain my perfect payment record, I called another provider. Altima has vexed and lost a loyal customer. I suspect not their first nor last. If you value your time, sanity, credit score, and/or your money - avoid this company! Altima has terrible customer service, lacks transparency, and provides a common product that is available at a lower price and with less hassle from myriad providers on the island of Montreal. Choose another provider, friends.
For no reason they changed my installation date.,and the guy was so rude at costumer service. I called them five times to cancel my internet. J prefer to pay couple dolar more and get better to costumer service..
Think twice about moving your business there. Like everywhere else, Internet service is good, but for the internet only the price went up 50% in 2 years 1st year $505, last year $627 and now they want $758. I had a phone appointment for yesterday at 10:30am to talk about price. She never did called back, so when she called this morning I asked her what is the point to make an appointment? Then she started yelling at me, I hung up on her. There are good deals out there for $35/month.
Proudly a loyal customer The best internet service provider. Have been with them for years now. They have a wonderful team that tries to help in all the ways possible. I moved to another province and they worked their best to get me a wonderful deal.
Their customer service representative named Jason Zeng came over to install the router, he was very efficient and everything worked instantly. He also showed me a few tips on how to use the application. I am very happy with his services.
The service was excellent. Apart from installing the network, the staff helped me adjust the screws on a small table with his tools. He is so nice. Wi-fi using experience is also perfect, a good value for money.
