Installation of furnace and A/C unit was done with care and quality. The price was reasonable and in-line with other vendors. The team of installation professionals does careful and quality work. The installation teams does take time to ensure proper care of household, using proper mats and booties when entering the house and bringing in new equipment. The sales staff was responsive and attentive.

I filled out their online service request form one morning around 8:30 or 9:00am on Monday this week for electrical service. Within an hour I had a call from Rachel who told me they could have someone over between 10-12 the same morning. Rachel was very pleasant and great to deal with! I then received a call from "dispatch" (sorry I don't recall the name) around 10:45am who told me the electrician would be on the way in about 15 minutes. By around 11:15am their technician Dave H. was here. Dave seemed knowledgeable, was very professional, and explained everything about my issue in a way that was easy to understand. Within 15 minutes he had it fixed and good to go. This was the first time I've used Althoff, and based on this experience I would recommend them to anyone. If all of their employees are as easy to work with as Rachel and Dave, they're doing something right!

This technician was prompt for appt and very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing every step of the way in terms that I could easily understand. I felt very confident in his work. Great company! Great employee!

We have dealt with Altoff for many years and continue to appreciate their excellent service. Recently, we had a leak in our downstairs ceiling, and thanks to the technician's excellent skills, he (Max) was able to determine its source with minimum invasive work. Thanks to him, a small mold problem was discovered that could be more easily remedied now rather than months or years later when it would have been much worse!

My heater stopped working in the middle of the night during our most recent cold spell. When I called the 24 hour hotline, the phone was answered quickly and I received excellent service within a couple hours after my initial call. The technician was courteous of a sleeping household, since it was 3:30am, and fixed the issue quickly and quietly. Great service!!
