I was about to buy a home generator from a home improvement store, but couldn't get a straight answer about what size I would need and the installation cost. Then I saw a generator being installed by this company at a fire station and thought I'd check them out. I was really happy that they also sell home generators, and could do my install and take care of the maintenance that is required. There was no guessing involved, an employee came to my house and got the correct sizing. Furthermore, whenever I have a question, my calls are answered by a real person. The generator saved my basement from flooding the last horrible summer storm we had, by keeping the sump pump running, when most of the neighbor's houses were damaged, so I think it was one of the best investments I have made for my home!
