Last Minute Alteration

Wow honestly the best service ever! I saw all the Google reviews on here and decided to stop in when I needed to get my pants fixed. There were two holes and he made them disappear! Not only did he do such a great job, he literally did it on the spot for me and free of charge even when I insisted on paying. I will definitely be back for any alterations I have and will continuously recommend him. He was so polite and is very talented at his skill. Thank you so much again!

Mike is the best tailor in the city hands down. I have dealt with many tailors as I wear suits on a daily basis and Mike is the only one who listened and understood exactly how I like them tailored. Amazing service. I needed to adjust my jacket for a wedding and only had 2 days. He was very honest and said that he was very busy and would try, but couldn’t promise he would have time to do it. In the end, he found time and did it in 2 days. Thanks.

I brought in some clothes to be dry cleaned and altered. The alterations were well done. When I got back one piece of clothing, the shop owner said he hadn't dry cleaned it. I said I needed the piece dry cleaned as I was flying out of town for a wedding, but he just said "I can't", even though he forgot to do the service I requested. It ended up causing me a lot of inconvenience, and I am not confident I would come here again as this was my first time using their services.

Guy working there seemed too busy to care. Was not patient with me at all and told me to basically buy a new dress cuz he thought I wasn't happy with it when asking what alterations could be done? From content to tone it was very unprofessional for Yorkville. It's a shame. Went to Stitch it and they actually wanted to help
