I am writing this review in response to the quality and caring service I received from Dr. Furgeson and his staff. Dr. Furgeson was referred to me by a friend who spoke highly of him and his staff. I was treated with kindness and respect starting with the initial contact when I called to see if I could get in as soon as possible to deal with pain in my mouth. The receptionist was polite, she scheduled an appointment to get me in right away. When I arrived the front desk staff was welcoming and attentive. I immediately started to relax and feel comfortable when Brenda, Dr Furgeson's assistant took me back to the dental room and asked me questions and took X-rays. She was super conscientious, gentle and thorough. Dr Furgeson took time to explain in detail what was going on. He was kind, listened to me, was not in a hurry. I was able to relax and trust that I was in good and competent hands. I am really grateful for this experience and appreciative of the exceptional care and attention I received to day. I left feeling a sense of clarity and relief. Willow

Excellent work!!! Will not over charge you and they are honest! Dr. Ferguson does excellent work and he does not make up problems just to get your money like some dentists I have been to here in Bend. Their staff is GREAT too! Would highly recommend them! :0 )
