I couldn't be more pleased with the doctors & hygienists! Pleasant, caring & knowledgeable. Thank you! Phone system could use more work ~ but I understand the volume of patients & calls they get. It's worth the wait .

This place is very unprofessional. I went there for a second opinion. they were a bunch a women behind the front desk they all were eating and gossiping. Then I went to get my ex-ray the front lady was rude and laud. When we ask her to send the x-ray to my dentist seems to me was inconvenience to interrupt their conversation and their eating. She also told my husband and I that it will take a couple day. make upset because if wasn't because their bad habits of sitting and eating they probably could have done it in a couple of hours. I do not recommend this place.

Dentist and assistant were rude. Felt rushed. Prescribed me a fluoride toothpaste telling me it was a medicated toothpaste to help my gums. They didn’t listen when I told them my gag reflex acts up whenever you do x-rays. Kept shoving the thing in my mouth before finally numbing me to do x-rays dentist was rough when doing exam. When I got home after the numbing stuff wore off, I could taste blood in my mouth due to them shoving the damn x-ray thing in it and due to the dentist being rough with her poking and prodding! I tried to tell them I have a low pain tolerance and felt that they weren’t listening. They basically said “we just give you a temporary numbing solution in your mouth when we do the root canal.” Who the hell does that? I felt like they weren’t listening when I said I was on a fixed income. Felt that they just cared about money and not about getting my teeth fixed. I will never be going here again. Glad I switched before they did any actual work on me!

I wish I could rate them -5 1st, I sat on the phone for an hour this morning trying to make an appointment when all of a sudden the system kicked me off and ended my call. After calling back a second time I finally got through and explained my issue. The pain from my wisdom teeth is so bad it's nearly impossible to eat, and I haven't been able to eat in 3 days. She said she was making an emergency extraction appointment. So I left work (can't really afford to miss work) To go to this appointment where the Dr proceeded to tell me I was not in pain and that he won't pull my wisdom teeth. Instead I should invest in a night guard because it looks like I grind my front teeth in my sleep. What the heck!? This place is awful. Everyone was rude from the minute I walked in. I would never recommend them if my life depended on it.

The little girls from high school running the reception desk are very unprofessional. The dental assistants are extremely comforting and nice, but the 2 actual dentist's I've dealt with are simply bad at their chosen profession causing unnecessary pain and discomfort.
