Not happy with the 100% customer service. Purchased some Bluetooth ski helmet chips, they didn’t work so I returned them, and decided to get the wired set. Alpine land wouldn’t give me my money saying its policy for store credit unless I want to talk to the manager (who isn’t there at the time of course). Hate to say it but 100% customer service is giving my my money back when something doesn’t work. If it wasn’t for this issue I would have scored 5 stars service.

Excellent. I asked for service on my bicycle brakes. They were booked up for that day but offered advice on what to do myself. I went in the storefront for a speedometer and gloves. The salesperson looked everywhere for the right gloves & found what I wanted. He also installed the speedo, no charges. Great impression so far - so I asked about a horn. He installed that, too. Good prices, good service. I'll go back again.

Recently went to the repair shop to replace a missing part on my ski boot . Unfortunately they couldn't fix the boot, but they were really friendly and told me I could rent boots at the rental shop for $15. When I went to the rental shop the boots were $15 but they charged an additional $15 to adjust my skis to work with the boots. Adjusting the skis only took a couple minutes max which definitely does not warrant a $15 dollar charge on top of the $15 rental, especially when renting the entire set up, boots, skis, and poles is only $35.
