I went into the store today thinking I would have to leave my bike. I purchased my FS at another store. It wasn’t set up at all for me. The young guy took so much time helping me out and then the manager said bluntly that I could be riding less proficiently then I thought because of the issue I explained to them I was having which I very much appreciatednThis is a top notch shop and they are Knowledge, polite respectful and very kind! 100% recommend.
Grant was absolutely phenomenal today. We went in there with our new bikes, thinking we would probably be leaving them overnight, and not only did he have the problems figured out within seconds of our description of what was happening, but had both bikes repaired and had us out the door within 10 mins tops..... absolutely a great experience overall
Walked in with my bike and they took it instantly. They were working on it within 2 minutes. Did a great job and fixed it in about 15 mins for $30. Very impressed with their service.
We rented some x-country skis for a little adventure. Super helpful staff at a super-duper price. A great shop.
Great bike & ski shop right in the Pass. Today I brought in a bike that had a catastrophic free hub failure on the trails at PPK. Jason the manager and his team were quick to diagnose it, find a spare, fix it up, and even found a couple other things that needed attention brake pads, derailleur tuning. Pricing is very reasonable, especially compared to the high Fernie rates. Do yourself a favour and take your bike here.
