Great bike & ski shop right in the Pass. Today I brought in a bike that had a catastrophic free hub failure on the trails at PPK. Jason the manager and his team were quick to diagnose it, find a spare, fix it up, and even found a couple other things that needed attention brake pads, derailleur tuning. Pricing is very reasonable, especially compared to the high Fernie rates. Do yourself a favour and take your bike here.
Justin and Jason are very precise in their advice which I really appreciated. The service is great and I would highly recommend Alpenland CNP especially for mountain biking work and service and also advice for trails in the area. Keep up the amazing work.
Always a treat to go to Alpenland, friendly knowledgeable staff who even remember my name. Great selection of new products and, luckily for me, great selection of parts too. Jason and crew take the time to explain and provide recommendations on questions I bring in. Highly recommend this shop.
Awesome local shop. Their ski trade-in program for the kids is great. Ask for Justin- he is without a doubt a professional when it comes to getting you lined up for the next adventure.

These guys are great. I had a mechanical at Pass Powderkeg while biking and my weekend was looking doubtful. Luckily these guys are in town. I got excellent on the spot service and I was out riding in 30 minutes with the family. My daughter also had a mechanical later that day and they set her up with a nice rental for two days. Alpenland saved our biking weekend. Great service and great prices.
The greatest experience and most organized ski shop I've ever been to. Jason and Noah spent so much time with me boot fitting and trying multiples boots, suggestions and input. Both super knowledge and kind hearted people. I highly suggest this shop you will not be disappointed!

Excellent place! Walked in off the street with a bike problem, they stopped what they were going, took a look, made a few adjustments, and wouldn’t accept payment… Super friendly, knowledgeable staff, highly recommend. I know we’ll be back for all our bike needs.
I had come in to get sized for snowboarding boots and info on which type of snowboard would be the best for me as I am a beginner and don't know much about the sport, the man who had helped me throughout my time in the store was highly disrespectful towards the end. He had asked me for my name but when I told him I also stuttered a bit, he then proceeded to mock my stutter. The lack of professionalism was disappointing. Will not be returning.
