My primary financial institution for over 30 years so far. Not only are credit unions a great choice in general, AAACU is so accomodating that my service wasn't affected even with moving out of the area twice. I love how much they give back to the community and how many of their staff members are compassionate. They have awesome service on all levels!
I've been with them 37 years It's been my only credit Union and the best I've ever had. Much prefer them over any bank.

I have used this Credit Union as my main financial institution for the last 6 years and have never had a negative experience. The staff have always been super helpful and engaged. I recently had to refinance a loan from a national bank. AAACU did everything in a timely manner to take care of this for me. They also advised me they may be able to beat the interest rate of an auto loan I had. Upon checking, they brought down the interest rate a full percent making my payments more manageable. I now live out of state but because of the online banking features, I continue to have AAACU as my main financial institution, and will continue to do so. They are professional, courteous, and always willing to help their members.
I’ve really enjoyed working with AAACU the past few years. Their online banking is very user friendly. Thestaff is always willing to help highly recommend them.
I can't say enough good things about the CU. They go out of their way to help. I have been a member since the beginning early 1990's? and the CU has grown so much. Cheryl at the Lincoln branch has gone out if her way to help with so many loans & products for us in the last couple of years. She is the best!! Keep up the great work, AAACU!
Today the most frightening thing happened. I found out that I had fraudulent charges on my debit card. Naturally, I freaked out, called AAACU, and was transferred to card services. Rose was outstanding! Like I said, I was really riled up and she helped me clear things up and ordered a new card for me. She was calm, friendly, patient, understanding and kind. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you Rose, you are appreciated!
I appreciate all of the precautions that AAACU has taken during the pandemic. They truly care about the health and well being of their members and employees. Thank you for offering a wide variety of options to meet members’ financial needs while doing your part to keep everyone safe.
Been a member of AAACU for a decade now and have always been treated with the upmost respect. I truly admire the high level of customer service from branch members and sense of urgency when i needed assistance.
