Allstate Insurance: Mississauga Centre Agency

Friendly staff and have had great experiences so far. Am still new with them, hopefully I will not have a bad like the comment that am reading from this reviews.

Whoever manages this office should be a shamed of themselves. I was robbed and asked for advice in regards to go forward with a claim. And whoever I spoke to on the phone, a lady, told me "thats why you don't bring expensive stuff in places your unfamiliar" . Sorry, i asked for advice on how to navigate a stressful situation, not to be reprimanded for how and where I travel with my belongings. The response was uncaring and rude at the very least. Re-train your employees with a little bit of empathy and class. They are dealing with YOUR CLIENTS who for most of the part are dealing with high stress situations. The last thing your employees should be doing is acting as some authoritative voice patronizing people who pay into insurance for customer service. Her response to be asking why even have insurance if this is how I'm going to be spoken to was, "you have it for protection" ya ok. yuck

Well, I thought I was the only one complaining about this place, but looks like I’m not base on their rate, worst service ever. First off all, I called to remove a person from my policy that I removed a long time ago and still was showing up, then whoever picked up the phone was so rude, I don’t think she knows what customer service means. Then I decided to walk in, and same girl showed up, with the same attitude and with a really angry look. Asked me to sing the document to remove the person and her attitude was completely disrespectful.

Worst insurance company ever. Policy cancellations fees without any notice or mails. When you cancel the policy they said everything is good, no outstanding balance but they sent your file to collection firm after 3 months saying that you had $500 outstanding balance in Allstate. I would consider this is a business fault.

Cancelled Policy with them because they increased my rates on Renewal. I don't even have any accidents or Tickets on record. After cancellation they still took payment from Bank. Upon calling them, Rude receptionist told me to just wait for check in mail, as if i was begging them for money.
