Being with the agent for over 30 years and during that time never thought to move somewhere else. We had almost all the possible policies with them. At the moment we have decided to move to other company because a huge difference in price the agent was very rude and super unprofessional. Very disappointed with treatment like this. I’m advising everyone to check the fees with others companies. Check your coverage and the cost of penalty if you decided to leave as they calculate it from out of the blue. I hope they learn from their mistakes as theirs reviews are on very poor level.

We had been with this office for home and auto insurance for almost 10 years. A routine update/info request was met with aggressive sales tactics, admitting that they had been overcharging us, and taking 4-6 days to answer questions that could have been answered during a phone call. In response I cancelled all of our policies. I guess there was a reason they have changed names almost annually.

Horrible customer service. Incompetent staff.

Was transferred over about two years ago from another state farm office that closed down, and let me tell you that all statefarm offices are not created equal, my old rep was a delight to work with, I can't say the same about this one. From my experience with them over to he past two years I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.
