One of our favorite food truck is back! Must try their Ukrainian! Won’t regret it. They can usually be found on Front St by the river or at fireweed market on Thursdays.
Located by the pier on Front Street, Alligator's serves up tasty comfort food in the form of grilled cheese. The ingredients are made from scratch and the flavours are on point. Although only open for lunch, one grilled cheese will carry you through the day! Friendly service and in a great spot where can sit on many of the picnic benches in the area and watch the Yukon River.
Sorely disappointed. Rebagging store bought kettle chips is pretty cheap. The grilled just was soggy and had waaaaaaay too much goat cheese on it. Bread was very thin. Felt ripped off for the price we paid.
Great grilled cheese sandwiches, made on order! With home made bread, home made basil pesto - even goat cheese and gluten free bread are available. I couldn't resist ordering a second one. Alligator's opens weekdays during the Summer season at 11 am and is open at least until 2 pm, sometimes until 4 pm or whenever they are sold out!
OMG! I need a coroner, I've died and gone to heaven! Best $$ I have spent in years. Awesome food, awesome staff, awesome price. Finally great food that even I can afford
