Very friendly and helpful. Went for a 100ft Ethernet cable and came out with a power line passthrough. (You can use your hydo wires as internet cables to hard wire smart TVs android boxes computers etc. For faster speeds then wifi.) and no running and hiding wires. It was the same price as the wire alone and I don’t have to crack open my walls. It was also the only place in Port Perry that had a Chromecast in stock at the same price as your box stores. If your in to home automation they have smart switches to cameras in stock and cheaper then most stores. I purchased 3 products there and came out spending 30% less then going to the other electronics store or the big blue one. Shop local peeps. Shop smart. Great job Allen electronics. 6 stars

Just got my computer back very happy! They couldn't fix it because I broke it beyond worth fixing which wasn't their fault at all but the customer service and the length they went to to try and figure out what the problem was AMAZING. What they charged me for the diagnosis was completely reasonable. Could not have asked for a better business to handle my repairs.

I have been a regular for many years. The customer service is outstanding. The staff are kind, patient and so helpful with a not so tech savvy individual as myself. I will always try and buy or get service done there and foremost.

I shop here regularly, Brad is the owner and customer service is their great strength. As an example, if you are looking for something slightly unusual, Brad can usually source it quickly for you (or suggest an alternative) and have it shipped to the store!
