We love this shop in Port Perry. The owner is lovely and shares such great information about the area. Always unique items chosen with a good eye for variety, tastes, humour, and decor. Gift recipientd alway loves the things we find for them in the nooks and crannies of this wonderful shop.

Stopped in here today while visiting Port Perry. The owner was super friendly and made sure our purchase was wrapped well enough so it wouldn't get damaged at all as we came on a motorcycle. There are so many cute things in this shop! Lots of gift ideas forsure. Defintely check it out.

Anything and everything you never realized you didn’t necessarily need but wanted. If your looking for : an accent piece, a conversation starter, a remember when moment, a what’s that? ITS HERE If you need to decorate, accent, fill a negative space, or get a statement piece, ITS HERE If you need a pick me up and smile ITS HERE It makes us smile just knowing we’re going to POE DESIGN. Today’s little smile was a cast iron mouse and a cheese board with irregular cheese shaped holes. Liked them so much gotta go back get another for a CHRISTmas gift Don’t leave without speaking with the store keeper. He is a wonderful man who loves to converse. Very friendly and helpful owner. They have a small selection of some very nice little flowerpots at very affordable prices. Also a large selection of unique metal hooks. This store has been a downtown mainstay in Port Perry for years. I don't see that changing any time soon.

This store makes me feel so happy every time I step foot in it . There is always a warm welcome when you enter the store, and the wide variety of home décor makes you excited to seek out more of this wonderful store. Gareth is lovely, as is his staff. I always look forward to a visit at POE Design.

Incredible but true ! The owner, Gareth, gave me 4 cast iron brackets to try out on a project I'm working on. He said, " Just bring back what you don't use and pay for the one's you do use." He is so friendly and loves to take time and talk with his customers. Great selection of cast iron figurines, pulleys and coat hooks. Many other interesting gifts you won't find at Walmart.

Always stop by when we visit Port Perry. Lots of interesting stuff. Owner very pleasant, regardless if you make a purchase or not. Have found unique gifts here. Prices . are reasonable. Definitely worth a visit .

Was really happy with both the service and products. Lots of neat household items that are usually difficult to find. Would highly recommend them.
