Update: Management contacted me back and explained they've been having issues with Groupon, the manager was very nice and understanding about the situation and made me feel like they cared about their customers. So I am updating my review from one star to 4 stars to reflect this.nnOriginal review:nThis place is pretty expensive so we were excited when we found some groupons. I bought three, however on these Groupons there's NO mention of any limits on use I.e. they don't specify a time or particular day of the week that you can use them like most Groupons I've bought in the past. So we made plans with some friends and invited them.nnWhen we got there I let the guy Jason behind the counter know that we had a group on and he was like um I don't think so, So I showed it to him and he's like oh that's for rock and bowl, and that's on Saturdays from 8:00 to 10:00 pm. I said oh, well that's interesting because it doesn't specify a time or day anywhere on the Groupon deal and I showed him, He's like oh yeah that's confusing he goes well regardless it's for rock and ball and that's from 8:00 to 10:00pm... I guess everyone is supposed to just magically know what rock and bowl is and the details surrounding that LOLnnI said well how is it my fault that you guys didn't specify a time on your Groupon, how is everyone supposed to just magically know what rock and bowl is and what time and day that is? Seriously, common guys this is basic stuff I asked if he could call the manager, he's said no but I can give you her email address. Honestly since no fault of our own it would have been nice if he had just made a concession since it's unclear on the site. Thanks for making me feel like an ass!nnIn the future if you're going to offer deals on sites like Groupon make sure you specify the date and time that's pretty basic. You wasted my time and my friends time, that's why I'm leaving a one-star review for now. I guess we'll be back for rock and bowl
One of our favorite spots for lunch and dinner! The whiskey burger is packed with flavor and their salads are huge. I have a big appetite and always leave with leftovers. We had the big pretzel for the first time and it was delicious. The beer cheese was superb!
Nice bowling alley..lots of lanes and clean. High ceiling, lot of chairs for viewers. Only disappointment was that my neighbor ordered a good looking thick Angus steak with tons of side broccoli but when I ordered mine, the steak couldn't have been any thinner and half the portion of broccoli than the person next to me. I was disappointed to say the least casinos had only tables for poker games. Couldn't see any slots...but then again I just looked from outside. Update: had a cheeseburger the next day and it turned out really good with fries so I had to up it one star
Great bowling alley! It's a little run down but everything works really well. Brunswick is king of the alley and makes incredible machines! The rates are pretty good, a little expensive, but there's always specials running so it works out well. Staff are super friendly and polite. Definitely will be coming back here!
Fun get together for kids! Pizza and food great! Kids had a blast bowling and playing in the arcade
