All-In-One Moving

The previous malicious review is an absolutely ridiculous and untrue. Because of their great service ninety percent of their business is with commercial clients and they charge by the hour for moving services. There is no record of anyone by that name in their system. AND they would never ever try to extort more money than what was agreed upon with the customer. One can only assume that the negative review was submitted by a jealous competitor or some unscrupulous party. Onward and upward people. Thanks for reading this post.

Worst moving experience I have ever had. I sent the owner photos of all the large furniture I have and a list of how many boxes/bins I had, I was told that this work could be completed both loaded and unloaded by 3 guys in approx 6 hours. My move was scheduled for 9am the movers didn't show up until 10am. The truck they arrived with was WAY too small for my belongings and they were VERY slow acting surprised when I told them about the large items. I watched one mover go back and forth to the house and the truck about 3 times on his cell phone without even loading a single box. They continued to take a cigarette break less than an hour after starting. They used moving blankets on items they did not need to just to waste time. After 3 hours of them LOADING my belongings I had to go to the new property to meet the cable guy. The owner was very rude during this process telling me shortly to just go meet the cable guy dismissing my concerns. He assured me that he would show up with another truck to make sure all my belongings were delivered. At 1pm I was told the movers are almost done and would be on there way. By 4:30 they showed up at the new property after being told they took a lunch break. When they showed up at the new property and started unloading I realized just how much of my belongings they left behind. I got 6 chairs and no kitchen table. My $400 bike was left OUTSIDE in the back yard, they left my back door unlocked, and about 6 bins, my living room lamps, 2 heavy wall pictures, a cabinet in the basement, and of course my kitchen table. Not once did they mention that items were left outside. This whole service cost me a whooping $1100..... upon complaining to the owner I was told he would reimburse me $50 for a uhaul. This company used to provide services to my old employer hence why I used their services... after this experience I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
