I used the car transport service they have (along with renting a canoe). When I picked up my car on the Sunday I had a fresh dent on the door, a broken winch strap on my floor (which probably made the dent), and all of my seat and radio settings were tinkered with. I will definitely not be returning. The point of a valet is to simply transport your car, not take it on a joy ride and personalize it/use it to transport equipment.

Horrible service. We paid for the shuttle service for 2 cars, but got only one of them shuttled. We found out about it only at the end of our trip when we surprisingly did not find one of the cars at the parking. It took us extra 3 hours to shuttle the car ourselves. We were refused in getting a refund. Very disappointing.

Terrible service. We used their shuttle service. They took money for two cars but really moved only one, and refused for any refund! And we were unable to get back the keys from this car back! Dishonest people, do not use this place!

Aging but decent canoe rentals. Despite charging $10 to borrow wood 2x4's as roof racks, and refusing to accept credit cards, I'll probably go back.

I have dealt with Algonquin Portage for canoe rentals into the Park for decades and have always been pleased with their service.
