AMAZING service. Dr Shirley was super helpful with all my possibly stupid questions and was considerate of my concerns, even aesthetic-wise and financial-wise. Front desk assistants were extremely helpful in submitting my insurance claims and were cheerful - it feels really great to visit a place were even the employees are happy. I am new to this dentist and feel so lucky to have found it through Google. If you are looking for a dentist in this area - seriously, go to this one. You are in good hands, from the start of your visit to the end. 5 stars!!!
If I can describe my experience with one word, it would be AMAZING. I had an issue with one of my tooth I later found out it was "cracked tooth syndrome" and I was really stressing over it. However, Dr. Kenny Chan found the issue, created a plan in order to assess the severity of my situation, as well as the best steps for me moving forward. I cannot explain enough how grateful I am for him and his staff in their hospitality as well as their passion and willingness to ensure that I have the best experience and treatment possible. Thank you for all you do!
The first and and last dentist you will ever need to go to! Beautiful offices with the most up-to-date technology and services available. The staff are very friendly, always smiling, and are very professional with appointment bookings and reminders. I've been a patient for over 15 years; had a retainer, braces, root canal, and I have never had a bad experience. Extremely caring and considerate when it comes to the comfort of the patients. They can provide the full breadth of dental service at the highest quality.
I couldn't be happier with ALFIE Dentistry. Dr. Shirley is an extremely kind, detail-oriented, high-tech, and FUN dentist! Her entire team is extremely skilled and treats me like family. The new office is an incredible one-of-a-kind custom build-out, with incredible architecture and interior design, and state of the art technology. They can do everything on-site within hours, so you don't need to wait weeks and do multiple visits while they do work for you. Thanks everyone!
