Great customer service, lots of flooring choices and very accommodating when it came to our tight schedule.  The installers did a great job with our only complaint being that the carpet wasn't vacuumed (it only took 15 minutes).  The impression of walking into a newly carpeted house would have had more impact if there weren't little fragments on the floor.   All in all, we're very happy.  Thank you Jason.

Dear All,
Alaxanian is a very old company since 100 years.
i dont know much about them ,but i asked my home carpet cleaning to guelph office and my experience was extremely bad .
First of all , they sent guy from hamilton area and i am living in guelph.
the guy charged $400 for 3 bedroom home and he was empty with shampoo after one badroom and he add water and clean carpet.
when we asked their supervisor , he did not response and did extremely bad cleaning after charging $400 .
