It's ridiculous to have such short hours. People who work M - F have no way of attending.

Wow! I just called to ask a question and the first thing I heard was a big 'SIGH' as the phone was picked up. The woman who answered did not give her name only a, "Provincial Court!". After first hearing the 'sigh', I said, "You sound like you're having a bad day", in a non confrontational tone. She then says in an irate voice, "Yah, it's busy here!". I asked my question and her answers were vague so, I asked another question to clarify her answer. Yet, another vague answer. Wow! I finally gave up and told her to have a great day. No response, but a click! Wow! I thought smaller towns were friendlier. Good thing my family and I will never be in the courts system. She will definitely deter all future criminals if they had to deal with her. Maybe that's why she was hired for this position (?)...that...or someone p*ssed on her cereal this morning. (I was inquiring about a man who was charged for murdering and burning the body of my friend 9 years ago. I just wanted to know when his first day of trial will be so my coworkers and I can be there to look him in the eye. This woman gave me the answer of, "December 3rd". I asked what will happen on December 3rd and she answered, "election". Coming from someone who has never had a run in with the law, I have no idea what "election" means.)

They tell you to show up for 9, yet the line is out the door at that point, as if I don't have anything better to do than stand in line for a greedy broken judicial system
