Great facility! Our family has used it on three separate occasions and each experience has been positive. The staff is friendly and the storage area is clean, well lit and easily accessible. I would definitely recommend Albany Super Storage to anyone needing storage space.

Love this place. Clean, well lit sturdy wonderful facilities. Staff is awesome. The Only thing I would improve is that you could call them directly and talk to someone rather than always leaving a message.

Had pretty much all my belongings stored here for the better part of five years after a move to Colorado, and never encountered a problem. Aside from being a bit dusty, everything was as I had left it. Thank you for the peace of mind, 2k miles away. Need to back-burner your "stuff" for half-a-decade? This is the place to do it.

Great place to store things. Reasonable rates and friendly staff. Be sure to pay the extra for 24 hr access. Well worth it.

Sure, there's dust from the other lockers, but overall, Albany SuperStorage is a clean, comfortable (not too hot!) facility. It could use some longer carts, though. The call center staff was helpful and more knowledgeable than I expected them to be about how my stuff could fit the available rooms. One red flag though: the website listed a 5'x8' room as an 8'x8' room. When we brought this to the attention of the on-site staff, they checked the room and adjusted our price. The facility staff were, in fact, helpful throughout, from reviewing the booking through payment and the move itself.
