Story

We are a relatively new masjid located in Courtice that serves the Clarington region, particularly for those living east of Oshawa.

Muslims from Courtice, Bowmanville, Newcastle, even as far as Cobourg regularly frequent the masjid for the 5 daily prayers, Jumu'ah Salah, as well as many other different services which are offered.

A nice masjid on HIgh way 7 to stop and pray, clean and quite place for having spiritual strength, Sheikh Juma and Qari Muteeurrehman are very nice and dedicated in serving the community

Just moved in to the area and have been to this mosque for around a month now. Love the ambience and the great qutba on Fridays.
One of the greatest thing when you are traveling and need a place to pray and you find the place open .. its so peaceful and serene
Very clean Masjid to pray. We made the stop to pray Maghrib in Al-Rayan.
Religious place. The imam and supportive guys are very polite and friendly. The arrange a lot of programs. Due to covid those were affected but they still able to manage virtually.
Each time I have been there, it has been open outside salaat timings... Mashallah!!!
Around the election times, the Imam said that "you should all go and vote, if you don't want to vote then you should move to another country where you don't get to vote, don't live in Canada" I never returned to the mosque after that. Masjid is the house of Allah, you don't talk about worldly matters in there and you never make a statement like that ever. Imam Mamoun Hassan was the best Imam, since he talked only about the true religion of Allah and true Ahadith from prophet Muhammad s.a.w., the masjid management didn't like that so they let him go. That's such a shame, a real shame
Nice masjid. Good place to meet nice people in neighborhood. All 5 prayers plus Juma prayer.
Beautiful Masjid : Very clean and my husband always says very very good things about Jummah! Keep it up!
