Always professional, on time, called to check 24 hours ahead that everything is on track. The van we got could fit 8 people including 2 big car seats and all our luggage. I always choose this place and my husband has been for almost 15 years as well.
Excellent service to and from Hamilton airport in early morning hours by two ladies that were very pleasant and accommodating. I would certainly use this service again and recommend highly.
Booked a small fleet of vehicles for my wedding, to and from the venue, with multiple stops. All wedding guests were very impressed with their schedules, timing, speed, courtesy, and amazing overall service and professionalism. They were very patient with my guests and were able to assist them with entry and exit of the vehicles as well. The vehicles themselves were very clean, quiet and comfortable. Loved the service as well as the price. Thank you very much!
I had a great experience with this company and will 100% use them again for my next vacation. I called and spoke to a ‘live’ reservation agent which was a breath of fresh air, and she was very pleasant and helpful. My reservation was booked and on the day of my travel, our driver was there 10 minutes early and helped with our bags and suitcases to carry them to the van for us. Our driver was great with the kids and talked and joked with us the whole way there. It truly was a pleasant experience. I was so happy to not have to stress about the traffic on the way there. The office communicated over the radio that there had been an accident on the 401, which our driver avoided immediately by taking another route, otherwise we would’ve likely been stuck in bumper to bumper traffic and stressing about making our flight and possibly missing our vacation altogether. It was so nice to be dropped off at the front door and just walk in to our airline to check in – it really started our vacation off the right way. The return was just as easy and being so tired at the end of a trip with the kids, it was nice to just show up and hop on a van and go home instead of taking a shuttle to a parking lot to go look for our car with the kids. The most amazing experience I could ask for as a customer. Long story short, I provided these guys with the wrong flight number as it was changed mid travel and I was not made aware of my in laws. They went there and waited, then eventually left, claiming they no showed. I called them back to advise of the change, and the guy who answered the phone not even a driver assured me they would look after my in laws 4 of them flying in from a 36 hour long trip from NZ. I was panicking, until I was informed that Steve the guy who does the front desk, had personally left after his 12 hour shift was done at 7 am, and went to the airport and picked them up himself. He drove them right to my front door and took off just as fast. Didn't want a pat on the back or anything. He just made a promise to look after me and my family and wow did he ever follow that one through. Very seldom do I experience such good customer service from a company. I would highly recommend this company for any shuttle needs. They have my vote for life. Thanks again guys for doing what im sure no other shuttle service would have done in that case. I forgot to mention, they didn't even charge me extra despite the fact it was completely and entirely my fault. Legends.
Abandoned at the airport and no one will answer my calls
I will recommend Bahia Principe to my friends and family for a getaway..Very clean,good food and amazing services...this was my 2nd time to this resort and i will come back...Thank you
Excellent service from the first phone call to order pick up to being dropped off at airport. Courteous office staff on booking and a very pleasant driver. Would recomment them to anyone travelling to airport etc. Thank you Airway Transit.
