Everything from start to finish was a fabulous experience. I was very stressed out when I called initially as my water heater rusted out on a Sunday morning and my basement was flooded. I called and was quoted the usual pricey emergency quote and I couldn't afford it, but they called me back soon thereafter and talked me out of my panic mode by helping me solve the immediate issue so I can wait until Monday for normal service. Just for this, I was so thankful. The tech - Mike P - showed up on time, stuck to their quote, went above and beyond with their repair, and was polite the entire journey. Definitely will use their service again. The technician was really cool and friendly as well. Wonderful experience for sure - despite the fact it all stemmed from a crumby emergency situation. Everyone I worked with was fantastic. Thanks, Erickson team!

My laundry sink was leaking and in need of replacement. Ken was on time and efficiently removed and replaced my old sink. I was snowed in and he actually shoveled a bit. He said it helped him to remove the old sink. He also suggested a "fix" for my thermostat question. Thank you Ken. So sorry you got stuck in the snow when leaving.

Or boiler went haywire and and wouldn't shutoff. Called Erickson and despite being booked for the day they came out. Replaced one of the thermostats. Very professional and timely. Didn't try to sell me unnecessary items and was friendly. I'll be calling them for all my hearing needs

Proactively pointed out our garbage disposal was rusting and gave options of replacing or removing and doing without. Wish I could give a 4.9/5 stars.
