Excellent service! Our furnace wasn't working... I got a call back shortly after calling in (after hours) Mitch came and had the replacement part in his van the furnace was up and running in no time. I would recommend this company to everyone. Fast, efficient and fair priced. 👍👍

Garthside really dropped the ball on this service call. I had been very satisfied in the past but will reconsider decisions in the future. From very first phone call I was met with confusion. It has been a week now since that call and I'm am still in the cold. Thank god it is not the middle of winter cause I wouldn't have to go outside to be in the cold. I have been met with broken promises, no communication except on my part, and wrong parts ordered to delay process further. Let's hope today will bring some satisfaction on my part.

I was very impressed with the service from Garthside. I had trouble with my instant hot water heater on a Friday and was in a jam with guests arriving for the weekend. The friendly receptionist at Garthside had a technician at my place within a couple hours. It was fixed promptly and the bill was reasonable. Garthside definitely earned a loyal customer. Thank-you

My entire experience with Garthside was excellent from start to finish. I received a prompt and accurate estimate for having a new furnace and some ductwork installed. The work was completed as scheduled in a very thorough and professional manner. A follow up question I had post-installation was addressed promptly. I highly recommend Garthside to anyone needing HVAC services.
