I would make a special trip to Omaha just to visit Aframerican Books. It's a jewel of a store: book selection, gift and craft selection, hand crafted oils, community meeting space. It's very special. And if they don't have what you want, they will get it for you!

Beautiful lady. Very helpful and kind spirited. So blessed to have met her. Everyone should visit this store at least once. Wide book selection very nice scents and oils too!!!! Come on my people let's get with it!

I love this bookstore and every chance I get .. I tell ppl about it...this bookstore should be struggling to keep book on the shelves ..but black people in Omaha don't even know it's there or don't care. If you have dope shoe collection before you have a personal library...time is now to change that
